Property & History
Built as an 18th-century colonial mansion, Casa Andina Premium Arequipa is constructed from volcanic stone and recognized as a national landmark. The thick stone walls-measuring up to 6 feet-provide soundproof accommodations while preserving the building's original architecture. A fourth-floor sun terrace offers views of Arequipa Cathedral and El Misti Volcano.
Rooms
Guest rooms are traditionally decorated and include LCD TVs and tea and coffee facilities. The solid, thick walls ensure quiet accommodations, and some rooms offer views of the city. Junior suites are larger and provide additional space with separate living areas.
Dining
Alma Restaurante & Bar opens to the main courtyard and serves Peruvian cuisine alongside local specialties from Arequipa.
